Every cold call requires a little rapport building. Sometimes it's about the weather and how it's raining, but we needed it. Sometimes it's about your prospect's favorite local sports team and how they've got a legit chance this year or everyone should be fired. And sometimes it's about extremely personal medical issues that will be the best call notes you've ever written in salesforce.
Regardless, never leave the call without establishing next steps and the fact that you will do literally anything for your prospect's business. Keep calling and stay cool on those calls.
