Cold Calling/emailing how do you do it when targeting big fish?

Hey Guys,

It's no secret I'm from Egypt, I speak fairly good English and French and I'm tasked this monumental job in being responsible for the whole sales cycle in getting mobile applications based in USA/Canada and Europe to use our services. The platform I sell enables mobile apps to send bulk sms (the ones you get for one time passwords) Or for advertising. The thing is most US/EU countries just opt to use companies in their region who then use us and charge them the difference. So i want to cut off the middlemen and offer my platform directly.

What should I say? Who should I target? What should I do? Any advise/mentoring would be appreciated.

Sell the conversation to C-level/VP in an enterprise (various industries) and understand the problem you're trying to solve in that market/see if there's interest.

Expanding in other markets is not as straightforward as you think, and in most cases, your approach will not be the same for every market. Hope this helps

Sell the conversation to C-level/VP in an enterprise (various industries) and understand the problem you're trying to solve in that market/see if there's interest. Once you have insights into the persona/market, then iterate your messaging/outreach.
