Hello, it really depends what your offerings are. Always a good idea to have a short email followed by a CTA that makes sense for your business - meeting, call, demo, link to subscription etc.

I get right to it. I use some white labeled servers (we use Google's - it doesn't get better then that), I use their name and I keep it to 3 sentences generally. Short and sweet. I use no photos, links, files, nothing, not even in my signature. I use plain text sending and i generally have an open rate of 40%, response of 15%, sql of about 5% and a conversion rate of 6%.

Also, I should mention that the format that works best for me is:

* Description of the ideal state your prospect hopes to achieve
* Connect to how you've helped similar companies/people
* Ask an open-ended question related to the ideal state

The least sales-y, sales email ever. Remember, you want to be โ€˜friendsโ€™ with the client at some point. Warm and friendly. Add bits about their company or what youโ€™ve seen from their work/successes/least successful endeavors. Like youโ€™ve noticed, and can help.
