Cold Email Template

I'm going to share my magic cold email template.

Ready? Here it is:

..........

There actually isn't one. I wish there was, believe me, but sales doesn't work that way. There isn't a secret combination of words that will make people but things 100% of the time.

This is what you should do instead, continually adapt.

Throw your pitch directly to the individual or persona you want to target.

Have some variety, AB test every approach and see what works for your particular skills.

Personalization. I research the prospect and structure a pitch or email just for them, it takes more time but the conversion rates really reward you!

Idk, TBH I wish my emails weren't sent automatically when they are introduced in the sequence, I rather wait and call them and then send an email that's a bit more personalized. But that's just me.

I agree 100%. The beauty of a call is that you can tell weather or not the prospect is really interested by their tone alone.ย

Not sure which tool you're using, but you can avoid this in Outreach by setting everything up as a manual campaign.ย  Nothing happens until you say go, at every step.

Outreach is perfect in this regard, wondering how popular a platform it is for those here...

Put a line in your signature that says "ABC company solves these top 3 business challenges", then send them an email asking how they think their football team will do this year.ย  If they have one of your challenges, You'll potentially get a reply.ย  What you say often doesn't matter.

Also, to be clear, I've never done this and I don't know if it would work hahahaha.

Research is so underated, how many times I've been called for things that a 5 minuteย researchย  would let them know it's not my area.
