In terms of prospecting, I try to find a pain first (10K, investor report, news article), then find the prospects aligned, then just send my email with that.
Investor reports/recordings are great.
Another tip on another thread was to look up your competitors in market reports, look at the poor reviews, and reach out to those people. I forget who the OP for that thread was though so can't give credit (I will try and find that thread).
