Champion had used a tool in past role. Took a trial and had a really good discovery call was able to pull a lot of problems issues out. Demoed solution to board, we put a proposal together for them.
No contact for a few weeks- turns out a competitor was being selected.
Still kept in touch with contact, helped them get work they did form a process out of the tool.
A few weeks later she came back and asked for a contract to sign!
2 Weeks later, no signature, MD Said it was signed- it was not. Called PA to MD, got her to get MD to sign it.
Not the biggest deal, but room to grow, proud we turned this from a no to yes!
