Commission isn't working properly

Hey @MySharona I need to you look into this and I don't know how else to notify you all. But my commission isn't adding up. I have received several upvotes in the past 10-15 minutes and the usual +1 isn't showing up and it isn't adding anything else either.

This is what I am seeing. Is anyone else having this issue right now?

Yeah, downvotes on all comments will account for a loss, but upvotes don't do anything. Also, it looks like an upvote on a post(not comments) results in added commission.

What the hell is going on. It's like every other sales org where the commission structure gets changed and we find out afterward.

Update, we had previously capped commission earnings per day so users wouldn’t exploit the Commission Exchange! We made an internal error and the cap was set low.

There will still continue to be a cap ~ now set at 40 commish points per day. Should see updates tomorrow(: Sorry fam 🤝 @antiASKHOLE

Well, not gonna lie but this is a god-awful decision to both execute AND not to tell people ahead of time.

I thought this portal was built around engagement. Seems counter-intuitive to me to put a cap on that. I would never work for a company that capped my earnings...can't see more quality content from some of our heavy hitters if this stays.

I'd suggest this be reconsidered.

Looking at the commission, there is no fucking way that I went from being over 100 ahead of @CuriousFox to now being less than 15 ahead when we are both just as active and if it is truly "capped" what is it that is really going on here. Nothing against Foxy, but this is bullshit tbh.

I have lots of upvotes from yesterday that got no commish given. I'm not sure if the rest is at midnight which might be what is happening, or they are taking away commission if it goes over 40 a day. Either way it is 100% bullshit.

Salespeople are coin-operated, so the whole idea of getting experienced people to engage here and provide good content goes out the window if there is no incentive.

Also, Foxy is bae and deserves all the Traegers.

I've definitely seen some wonkiness in notifications and commissions. Harder to tell the latter though.

I'm not really getting desktop notifications on people commenting, just upvotes, whereas my phone will give me the alert that some replied.
