Commission Plans?

Hey everyone,

Curious what you're comp plans are looking like in regards to accelerators. 

if you hit 150% attainment what does that come out to for ote for the quarter? 

for example if we hit 150% we get paid 160% which seems low to me. 

historically at other companies 150% would normally come out to about 200% ote and 200% would come out to 300%

We're looking at a 50% increase next year - with most teams sitting at 35%~ attainment so far this year.

Depends on the plan. Usually hit 200% around 200% of quota.

No, you get the base % (like 9 or 10%) for the first 100% of quota, then a couple points more until you hit 150% of quota, add a couple pints more until 200%, and finally 200% (so 18 - 20%) on everything over 200%. Does this make sense?

My accelerator is like a multiplier. If I hit 150% - I get 1.5*1.5= 2.25 so 225% ote
