Commission Store Headache

Question

Cashed out a chunk on the Garmin. Stoked for the arrival so I can get better data on my training rides in Strava. Apple Watch and my power meter are poo.

Only problem is that my delivery needs a code signature to release the package from Amazon.

Bravado ordered it, so I can't get the code. They are apparently going to have dispatch remove it and try again tomorrow, but I won't be here. I hope it's here when I get back Monday.

Anyone ever had this on larger ticket items from the store?

I didn't have this issue with either the Traeger or the Yeti cooler... The Bravado team was pretty responsive as we worked out the fact that the colour Traeger I wanted wasn't available

It's a new one on me, but I've found Bravado to be very good about making it right. I'm sure you'll get your Garmin!

Never had an issue with any of the high ticket items, Amazon shipped or not. I’m sure the second go around will work, worse case you can do a pick up with Amazon items at Whole Foods

I had the issue a while ago with the Nintendo due to a time zone issue...Amazon would arrive at my door, ask for a code at say midday, I wouldn't get the code until 3pm BST...after about five attempts someone thankfully pinged me straight back via email when the guy was at the door and it worked.
