Commissions... quarterly or monthly?

My company recently switched from paying out commissions the third Friday of each month, to the third Friday of the month, after quarters end. I guess base salary’s vary, but some are certainly more livable than others. I personally prefer monthly pay outs and am disappointed that we are switching to quarterly. But then again, the 1 large quarterly check four times a year, might not be so bad if you can budget accordingly... Curious to know thoughts for both?

Would you rather receive your commission quarterly or monthly? M

Call me what you want, just sign the damn contract
Did y'all just scale like crazy a lot over the last few years? And man, I'd love that daily payments thing to become the way it all worked.

Quarterly for me would be fine too as long as payment flows intact🙏

Monthly, but I wish it was immediately after delivery, demo, and close.
