I think we have come to know, appreciate, and embrace the anonymity that is the War Room. It's like playing Call of Duty online and you just know people by their gamertag and voice at times. You enjoy playing with them and understand their personality without having to really know them. It works out well and keeps things simple.

When I joined, it felt like there were a lot of inside jokes and mega posters. It gave me "adult Facebook group" vibes.

Since then, I think everyone has become really welcoming. I know I've asked some dumb questions but people are willing to help.

Also I feel like only chance to meet someone here would be to end up working with them!
