Curious to hear the comp packages of someone maybe similar to my situation. I am Sales Director (first time management after years as an Enterprise rep) for a public SaaS company, responsible for 8 AE's in enterprise accounts. My package is just above 300k OTE with $100k in RSUs/PSUs vesting over 3 years.
How does this stack up? I've had W2's beyond that OTE as an IC but am aware I am trading in a higher $ upside for a higher $ floor.
