Company fudging RepVue?

Hey y'all - Has anyone experienced your company either telling you/incentivizing you to leave an inflated rating on it on RepVue?

I'm referring more toward fudging the numbers to make it look like more people are hitting quota than actually are, higher OTEs, higher sales org performance metrics and ultimately a higher RepVue score.

My current company gives out gift cards to anyone who leaves a positive review on Glassdoor (not uncommon I'm told) so I'm wondering if anyone has seen similar with RepVue?

I feel like its a sign that RepVue is really succeeding once they have companies incentivizing fake ratings haha!

I have not seen this yet. But I ave expeiced this for Glassdoor.

My favorite was if you left a review (of any kind) on glassdoor you are entered into a raffle for a gift card.....only people that left positive reviews ever won though...

Don't you love when a company has 50 Glassdoor ratings with 40 of them being "This is the world's greatest company!!!" all posted within the same week and then 10 reviews saying "Don't believe any of these ratings. HR made us do it"

haahah! Yes! as soon as I see too many positive reviews I look for the ones that say "HR Made us do it!" happens every time.

My company hasn't ever asked us to leave reviews but it definitely happens on Glassdoor so I'm not surprised we're seeing it on Repvue now.

It's unethical and if asked to do it I would definitely decline.

It's also very easy to tell which reviews are fake vs honest on these sites. If the review is completely glowing and positive, it's HIGHLY likely that employee was bribed to write it. No matter how good a company is, there's always room for improvement somewhere. So when I see reviews full of empty superlatives like "Most AMAZING place to work for EVER, no suggestions for improvements just KEEP BEING AWESOME!" I know it's fake.

Not for RepVue. I hope they don't end up like Glassdoor.

Your company needs to spend those gift cards on marketing so they don’t have to bribe their people to lie. Id tell them to do the work to get better results, I don’t sell out for anyone. Or, tell them fine but when you need them to lie for you you want them to remember this.

Haven’t seen it with Repvue yet but it’s inevitable. The thing is that you can usually tell a fake review from a real one.

What I worry about is if false metrics and attainment are posted continually. That would ruin the trust that Repvue has built.
