Personally leaning toward option 3... so if I take a 3 day weekend I can "work from home" on the Thursday.
1 or 2. Given the option, I'd avoid the office on Fridays entirely
But that "soft" Monday on R3. I mean I get you with the Friday thing.
It's hard to turn down the soft Monday. But then it's no big deal if you end up out on a Thursday night, plus you probably avoid your company's attempts at a happy hour

We don't have internal meetings Friday afternoons either, if that helps. Lots off people are crushing the #2.
My reasoning, most stat holidays are Friday and Monday so, it's a free day off, and Fridays at work are super chill.

Option 2 because you WFH on Friday and on Wednesday (mid-week)
