I assume you're asking about the company you work for? If so, I start to jump ship when we get above 200 employees. Typical sales orgs I've worked in (and enjoyed) have been 10-20 people.

@poweredbycaffeine my company is at 200 and i logged onto Bravado to process my frustration with the impending "professionalization" that I see coming -- going through useless motions. I love my company and they treat me extremely well so I'm trying to learn from others what the 200-1000 stage looks like. Why do you leave after 200? How bad does it really get?

Typically you get a fully built people ops team. Prevention methods for pay raises and financial gains based on a “ladder”. Hiring of visionary leaders who weren’t there for the build but pretend like they can go from $10M to $100M with their sales leadership.
