Confused...

I have a new offer and the company asked me to join next to next week and can extend may be by one more week.

I have one more interview coming up (next to next week) and I'm keen on joining that company, however, worst case I don't want to loose this as well because I'm 100% certain that I don't want to work with my existing company.

If I accept this offer and if I get an offer from another company,

Case 1: Can I ask this company that I am not in a position to join after accepting the offer

Case 2: Can I resign within a few days of joining if the other offer floats in

Thanks in advance for your advice.

Call me what you want, just sign the damn contract
Tell them you're dealing with some personal stuff and need another week or so.

But as I have to accept the offer and I'll receive the joining kit before that, will they accept the fact that I don't want to join them (after signing their offer letter) is what my concern is.... tough situation for me 😂

You don't owe them anything.... Same as they would get rid of you quickly if you didn't pan out as well as they expected you to.

Accept and buy yourself some time and do your due diligence with the other company.

@Diablo  It's great to see you're concerned with doing the right thing, but the most important thing is to do right by you.

@FeedTheKids nailed it.

can you just ask for more time in making a decision? We have candidates ask us this somewhat frequently and although we don't love it, we give them the time needed. Its a candidates market right now so ask and you will probably receive.

Also if they try and exert unreasonable pressure it's a good sign that it's a bad fit.

I would shoot straight with the company I am most interested in joining.  Tell them you want to pursue the opportunity with them, however, you are in discussions with other organizations that are moving quicker.  If they are interested in you, they will make it happen.  If they can't make it happen, is that really somewhere you want to be?
