I think the anonymity is what makes this all work TBH - the feedback is real and unfiltered. Half the shit I say here, and advice I give I would get roasted for putting on LI connected directly to the "company brand".

I like to stay incognito too, for this same exact reason, but do want to know who the others are, cause I like them way more here than on PC and branded "correctly" LI. This is not an ask to tell me who you are in RL - was just thinking out loud.

TBH, I've had like 20 moments of "Damn I want to recruit this person" which has made me want to know who folks are.....I'm naturally an introvert so really HATE things like in person networking events, etc. (sitting in small groups talking around cocktail tables is my personal hell) - but I don't have that here.  I wish there was a way to DM folks for those of us who'd like to share our "real life" personas - but I'm guessing policing the "no selling" and "no recruiting" rules in DM would be a tougher lift for the WR team.
