Cont'd Director gives Sales to Pets!

Director strikes again with 2 more of these situations where they give their pet a sale that shouldn't be theirs. Then quarter goals come out, everyone at about 10% growth YOY, Pet's goals are lowered. The reps are pissed and ready to revolt. I haven't spoken to the Director yet as it isn't my sales being given to others but I am getting close because I can't stand watching the bullshit and not doing something. Some reps talking about an anonymous letter to leadership with it all spelled out. That to me seems shady and lacks professionalism. Thoughts? Grow a set and go to the Director one on one or let someone else clean up the mess? I am a more grow a set type of person.
