Contract Generation Tool

Right now I have a dumb word template we have to use to create SOWs it’s a pain in the ass and is super error and formatting prone. Is there something better? God please help SOW reviews take forever evaluating stupid formatting bullshit.

@Shihtzudawn we leverage HubSpot to generate quotes for us, which spit out as PDFs that we can send over to the client. We also use the same PDF to upload to DocuSign, which has a template attached to it for signature blocks, etc.

If you don't have that, PandaDoc is relatively cheap and/or free depending on your needs.

Depending on the amount of edits needing to be made:

I've used Adobe's PDF editor where you can edit and send for signature pretty easy. 

Currently I just copy the template in Google Workspace, customize, then send via Hellosign. 

Preferred the Adobe tools over this - was much quicker. I'd only have ~10 sections to update, so not like I had to do major contract changes with this though. 

Maybe change template format to make it easier on you to make adjustments

Make a template with blanks you can form fill on an esign tool. I do this with HelloSign and it’s perfect.
