Counteroffer for my job offer?

I've got 3 nice job offers in front of me from 3 different companies. The one I am leaning towards offered $100,000 base + $100,000 OTE with 3000 stock options (4 year vesting). SaaS AE role and they are likely going to IPO within 2 years. I was thinking of countering with $110,000 + 110,000 OTE and 10,000 stock options. I plan to share that the latter is because I intend to be with the org for the next 5+ years. Any hiring managers in here able to tell me if that is a reasonable counter?

Don't get caught up in stock options. 3000 is not much at all and you'd still have to purchase the options in order to exercise them (it ain't free).

Focus on getting more money and that extra money can serve as your investment cash - put it into S&P, REITs, etc.

Job 1 - 100K
Job 2 - 110K

$10K difference? only $800/month difference, not a big difference and I believe you can negotiate more.

come in at $130k base

Anchor HIGH is the best advice ever! As long as it seems reasonable or calculated by the other party.

2% of 0 is still 0, stock options don't matter much IMO and everyone says their gonna IPO sooner. you can say hey I have some other offers and to make my choice easier if you can get me to 120k base then we have a deal. the OTE doesn't matter IMO because if you go above the OTE accelerators kick in and you're likely to crush the variable piece. worst that happens is they say no and maybe meet you in the middle at 110

Get the lowest offer to counter. Then bring that to the second to counter. Then bring that to the highest. Now you have better offers from all 3 to weigh.

I countered with $110k base + $110k OTE and 6000 shares and ultimately accepted $105k/105k with 4000 shares.
