I'm a top performer and I'm getting really sick of my boss coming to me and saying "I need an extra 3M from you this year because so and so won't make it" Anyone else have this happen? Why don't they fire the guy for not making his number? my quota is double his and they still want me to close more because he isn't going to make it? It's starting to piss me off.
