The P is 'Post' and the S is 'Scriptum'. (the dots are a regional thing, but the letters are NOT)

You can make a great post, but if someone from the company looks at your profile and itโ€™s your only post in 2 years with no information about you on it, it probably wonโ€™t land very well.
