Curious where the business world is with masks the office

If you are back in the office what does it look like post/ ending (hopefully) COVID?

Back at the office and I am seeing

masks on, buckets of hand sanitizer and traffic patterns for walking to the lav What covid? Mask NO, Changes NO, Might as well be Jan of 2020 I see masks but it is personal choice, company isn't strict If you had the vaccine you are free, proof of vaccine on file with HR.

We have a 'no mask if vaccinated' policy, but we have to trust that people are actually vaccinated. Not touching that HR nightmare.

Our office only has 7 people and we've been back in the office since September/October. We don't wear masks in the office and we've all had a scout's honor type deal with being safe/responsible outside of work. We've had a couple of instances where someone was exposed to COVID and we all had to WFH for a few days but so far it's been almost completely fine. One coworker got it a while back but that was it. Everyone is vaxxed now and it's very pre-pando vibes.

My company is based in FL, so overall I would say we respect each other - but no real rules around masks, vaccines, social distancing, etc.

Our office only officially closed for about 3 wks, but we have had the option to work from home since March 2020 - about half the company takes advantage (mostly dev team), the majority of sales and support who are local are in the office at least 4 days per week.
