Pains are easier to figure out quickly. The more you talk the more you'll find out what their true needs are and figure out a program of how to meet them.

I'm trying to get insights into whether sellers in the WR are product-driven (looking to solve a problem that requires investigating and anticipating potential market needs; seeking genuine problems to solve) vs sales-driven (sells whatever they're given to whoever will buy it regardless of whether the customer needs are met.
