Cybersecurity Comp Plans?

What's up savages? All of you guys in cybersecurity know that it's a different ball game. Security folks are pretty tough. They're slow to trust anyone, hate cold calls (like everyone else), and are very technical across the board, from the analysts to the CISO's.

I'm curious to know what commission structures look like across the cybersecurity space. I work in consulting/services, so we get paid a % of gross profit. Generally 1-3% of GP at my org.

What are y'all raking in? Specifying whether you sell services or security SaaS products will be helpful since I'm assuming deals on SaaS products are smaller but much higher margin.
