Got a big one as we head towards the halfway point of the year (Q2 ends in July)! Customer is in the Parks/Entertainment industry and has used our product for 4 years. But, years 2/3 were tough with a failed upgrade that we did some serious work to get back up. They were always on a 1 year term threatening to leave come renewal time.
Ended up rebuilding the relationship and was able to lock them in for a new THREE year deal with some PS included!
