Damn this is spot on. Weak pipe Question for SalesGPT

I literally just presented my weak ass pipeline to my management and this, almost to a point, is how I kept myself out of the crosshairs or a PIP.


POINT 3 was spot on. I'm trying to stump this bot with questions/issues I'm seeing right now and I'm really impressed so far. Back to stumping this damn thing.

Still in the middle of it, but for one, establishing with my org that the pipeline is weak and starting there was good to do openly. Second, we starting throwing some wild shots on what was in the pipe to see if anything would stick now, can't be anything but a no or not right now and then clear up the CRM even more. Right now, working on establishing some site visits and drumming up excitement for a conference that can push us towards better conversations with existing clients (I'm an AM so a bit different than net new hunting). Lastly talking about the diminishing returns of continue to keep selling existing products and wanted to talk indepth on the roadmap to start selling into that with the help of the marketing team for softening/warming the pitches.
