Heres another tidbit from my notes on Habit Creation with MCHAN
Imagine if you had 100 units of time each week. How would you use that time to work towards your goals?
How would you spend it?
How did you spend your last week? Fill out the spreadsheet.
What would you do less of?
What would you do more of?
What would you focus on being more effective with?
Categorize how much $ per hour the activities you do.
Calculate the amount of hours spent in each section.
Baseline: lets get clarity - one full week, all hours of the day
Categorize it and allocate it to the proper buckets
Plug in your total week’s hours and see your total - objectively gain clarity on if you’re spending time in the right areas
Identify the following:
What do you need to ELIMINATE?
What habits do you need to CREATE?
It’s not about perfection but remember the 80/20 rule from 5.0 - 80% of results are coming from 20% of the tasks you actually do! The more time you spend on the 20% the greater your results!
Much Love,
The Kid
