Deal Hub CPQ Feedback / Reference

We are a smaller org (20m ARR) and have been using the native SF CPQ platform. We are interested in Deal Hub for CPQ automation and their Deal Room component.

We have some complexities in our pricing model and for us to utilize the native SF CPQ platform, we have to rely on SF consultants ($$$).

To ensure that Deal Hub can accommodate, we've asked them for sandbox access (denied), a reference (denied since we are too small) or an opt-out if Deal Hub does not work for us based on our use case (denied).

Can anyone using Deal Hub in sales ops or sales management connect with me and alleviate my concerns?

Thanks!!!

I'm in SaaS - Per Employee Per Month pricing model - let me know if you need any more info.

Yes I believe they implement their CPQ solution in house.
