Deal stalled at the 11th hour

Had a deal that needed to come in last night for the client to lock in discounted pricing.

They decided to ask questions which should have been raised much earlier in the process.

Since gone back to answer all necessary questions. Also called to leave them a voicemail to make sure they have everything they need to make a decision now.

What would you do in this position? Offer an extension on discounted pricing or leave it in their court with standard pricing applied.

What should I do?

Call me what you want, just sign the damn contract
You missed the deal for your quarter, yeah? Sounds like they missed discounted pricing.

Blow it up
Stick to standard pricing, don't commoditize yourself to hit EoQ goals. Plus, a close next week could jump-start the new quarter.

I would say one day to sign, after that, so your best to hold your ground.
