Dealing with tragedy

I recently lost a very close friend. It has been a large mental toll.

We talk a lot on here about the mental battle of picking up the phone and calling day after day, usually when things are normal.

How do you find motivation/other ways to be productive when there's no energy left to make cold calls, or to be that upbeat, always friendly sales person?

I'm sorry for your loss.

Take time off to unplug and reset. You can't be productive unless you are well. You are important, please take care of yourself and reach out when you need help. There is zero shame in it ❤

So sorry for your loss.

Definitely agree that you owe it to yourself and those around you to prioritize your own mental health to grieve and there is absolutely no shame in doing so.

Life is bigger than sales, your mental being is much more important. So sorry to hear this news, I hurt for your man, I know the feeling. Please grieve and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Positive vibes.

Very sorry to hear about your loss, and I can empathize with what you're going through.

When the same thing happened to me I made it a point to go speak with a professional. It really helped. Take care of yourself.

1st sorry for the loss, take some time and grieve.

2nd, we are humans dealing with humans, we have lost this part of the sales cycle. Let the prospect know "I know i dont seem myself, i am not been a rough few months and recently lost someone"

this does a few things, helps be a human, make a connection, and lets them in your world. But seriously take some time off
