Inherited the account from a previous rep who’s previous sales strategy was essentially focused on lowest bid price in an effort to secure more opps in the future based on volume or repeat needs. Company I work for has been pushing for increased pricing as well as durations for services. Worked with the president/CEO directly for pricing and duration conversations and showcased the ROI and the time spent working on the deal by the time we break even based on hours worked. Loved the transparency and was able to lock up three separate needs for the total revenue above over a 9 month duration!
