Industry average on phone connects is 3%, this is from TOPO, part of gartner. A bro science figure is 10 connects leads to 1 meeting. But, another bro science stat coming at you, is connects nowadays is also made up of emails, linkedin, sms. So the %'s here are ok, the conversions I dont know. This is where conversation intelligence becomes powerful

I'd suggest some coaching. 

95 connects and no meetings, 66 Connects, and 2 meetings. IMO both are extremely low regardless of your industry. 


Connect rates are pretty good overall so with some good coaching productivity should improve a lot! I'd be very excited looking at these numbers.

What’s the context here?

Are these full cycle sales reps or just SDRs setting appointments?

Industry?

Deal size?

Gotta bump up those dial numbers most likely.  Even on the high end that’s barely 40 dials a day on average.
