I can’t close $2m in 6 months. I actually just blacked out thinking about the level of stress that would induce.

As wonderful as that sounds, I don't know how I'd be able to maintain anything while hopping in and out like that. Seems like something that would be possible if you're a bigwig IT savage that solely works on projects.
All my deals pushed to second 6 months, not as easy as my deal pushed to next month in my forecast calls. Not feasible for me

Depends on who your manager is. My first manager was ride or die, always had my back. I could be open and honest since we were in it together. New manager is the complete opposite. He's not transparent. Documents everything for HR. Therefore I mirror how he operates.
