Do some of you uset LinkedIn Recruiter instead of Sales Navigator?

I'm a young graduate in a small company, they plan on giving me a Recruiter Lite license on LinkedIn because they all mostly use it as it as they do headhunting.

Me having more of a sales role in the organisation, I'm curious to know if Recruiter license is alright to find leads or if I should specifically ask for sales navigator (haven't used both of them yet).

Get Navigator if possible, yo!

It's a CRM. It's a Database. It's a Hunting tool. It's a Farming tool. You can prospect through it. You can learn company trends through it. And 10,000 things more.

i have not used the recruiter license, but I am normally a fan of using the tools that are built for you.

if you are in sales, use sales Nav.
if you are a recruiter, use the recruiter function,
if you are in marketing, just pretend like you have value, you know?

Recruiter Lite will probably sort of suck for your use case. As a new graduate, you probably don't have the biggest of professional networks as of yet which RL relies on. A full recruiter license would be dope as you would have access to every member. SN does a whole host of other things as well, like lets you track potential prospects, I would push for SN over RL. Do they have an extra license or something?

Yeah I think it's because they already had a license, I'll learn a bit RL for general knowledge then ask to switch on SL if they want me to perform well.
