Do you folks even work?

I am fairly new to this "Brovado" game, so I may be way off base here, but aren't you all supposed to be working? Everyone out here is turning to these war room officers like they are at the top of their game, but it seems to me the only requirement to be an officer is to spend more time on this forum than making dials. I think its time for these folks getting 1000 points a week to reevaluate their lifestyles.
