Yeah, I actually leave a VM telling them the name of the email so they can find it easier, something like;

"Hey Blank this is Kinonez from Bravado, I was trying to get a hold of you but connect to you VM instead, the reason I'm reaching out is because you where an attendee of X event, I actually sent you an email in regards to this call tilted X, again this is Kinonez from Bravado, have a great day."

That's a great practice!! It works for me and my team to have more opens and some meetings in the past few weeks!

If I left a VM, yes I will reference the call, otherwise I don’t explicitly reference the call but I still do send an email.

Yeah, sometimes I'll send a quick "Just tried calling you" with no other context. Usually it's kind of creepy and doesn't get a call back but sometimes it intrigues the sucker.

Does a bear shit in the Vatican? Yeah, for sure an email after a cold call. Same as leaving a VM with every cold call...just increasing your odds of them reaching back to you.

Yes. Why wouldn't you let them know you're serious and not just another auto dialer?

Here's my flow:

1. If I start with a cold call, I'll then send an email saying I'm trying to reach them but can't so I'm leaving my contact info with them. I do leave a VM saying I'll follow-up with an email.

2. If I start with an email, I'll call them and leave a VM explaining I sent an email and because I didn't get an answer I'm just following up by phone. I reference that email so they can find it (if they are interested)

i give them the one-two punch. a cold email followed up immediately by a rvm. really increases responses.

I generally don't leave VM on the first call but I do on the 2nd followed by an email saying hey that was me who tried to call you a while back ....contd

I always leave VMs and send emails.  Its worth the 1/100,000,000 call back I get that actually goes somewhere
