I can barely focus on one thing at a time, let alone two.
I have background music on when I am not on calls. I can't do the podcast/audible/TV thing. I'd never get work done or miss the entire podcast.

Same. There has to be a market for "background conversations" that are just nonsense so your brain can be wired in, but not focused on the randomness.
It's tourney time. NCAA games going on, on the TV beside me at all times.
Sometimes I run my dehumidifier if I just need white noise.
Other times I'll play music. I don't listen to audiobooks because I can't focus on my work.

If I'm doing computer work I usually listen to the lofi hip hop beats channel on Youtube or a classic rock playlist.
