They enable us to do our job through their unthought-of process-oriented framework. They end up disabling us.
We have 3 RevOps people: one in charge, one in sales, and one in marketing.

RevOps builds dashboards and provides direct knowledge of the user activations, trends, and any data field that I need from SalesForce. Tbh... they're definitely impactful in my day to day. They're essentially a "data team" that's Sales focused.
