Do you leave Glassdoor reviews?

Would be very curious to hear everyones stance on this. Do you leave them? Good or Bad?

Why do you? Why don't you?

Our company asks us too (which is never a good sign) I do- but only when I’m leaving a company

Fuck any company that does that and asks for 5 stars.

Those reviews are so obvious. Five stars, one sentence in pros and cons.

exactly, and it makes the realistic bad ones look so much more obvious

The only time I did, I left a negative one, and I had my previous company reach out to me to ask me to amend it because I was clearly too specific about the manager I was talking about. Never again.

No. I'm not against it but never really thought to leave one.

I do leave them good or bad because some other rep left a review to help me so it’s a way to pay it forward

I do it a few months after leaving. I´m also very careful not to expose myself. I use glassdoor so I feel it´s my duty to put in reviews as well.

Same! It feels wrong not to warn people that evaluate future opportunities!

Yes, I do both.  I don't like it when the company will ask you.  I usually do it once I've left

Yeah. Always do. Although some companies force you to which sucks but you can always find ways to punish lol.

Usually, yes. There is one company that fired me that I know monitors Glassdoor to enforce NDAs (fuck them). I am however happy to answer questions of any potential employee who reaches out to me. Then I gladly light that place on fire.

Companies like repvue have a lot more transparency, cause they don't ask for so many personal details. Much better than Glassdoor imo.
