Alone is preferable but sometimes it's motivating when you hear others around you making successful calls

Totally agree. When everyone is in a good mood and joking around having fun/ success cold calling can be fun

I don’t mind calling with others, but I’m way more productive by myself

I always prefer working alone. Less distraction, and I don't like people listening to me on calls.

Fair point. I've found it helpful to blow off steam after a bad call by joking about it with co-workers, but I definitely waste time cracking jokes and talking to co-workers when I could be focusing on just cold-calling.

I have a tendency to overthink things as well as assume people will be scrutinizing my cold calling if it's on zoom/in a conference room so I prefer to do it alone. Having said that I prefer it on the sales floor vs my home office because I can pick up what other people are saying and learn from some more successful reps or give feedback if asked based on what I heard and vice versa.

I find it very distracting when everyone in the office is talking and playing music also. I like being around other people in the office but do find it distracting.

Alone is better, for sure. That means no distractions, no noise during my calls that can disturb the client and steal his attention.

Typically unless i meld well with the other sales guy the 2 prong approach doesnt work well for me
