What are your interests? SciFi? Fantasy? Biography? Mystery? So many options.

But here's one I just read that was just beautifully written:
A Man Called Ove, Frederik Backman.

It's hard to find books that can actually make me LOL, Backman nailed it! It's the 1st of his I've read but I'm about to start Anxious People. If you like that style, I highly recommend Lamb by Christopher Moore. I cried laughing during that one.

Thank you! I'm always up for a good recommendation.

Not much laughing in the Beartown book - heads up.

Out of curiosity, have you read Carl Hiaasen? Great beach reads and hilarious.

So Fredrik Backman writes fiction. He is Swedish and possibly best known for Beartown - which is a story that revolves around ice hockey. Great if you like sports, but again, great writing in general and he knows how to tell a good story.

And Beartown has sequels! I've read "Us Against Them" but just saw he's got a third now, "The Winners" that I will be getting into once I've finished bingeing a crime/mystery series based in Scotland that I'm currently into.

I am a fan of Murakami's books. "men without women" happens to be the closest to my heart.

You should also read:

1. The year I met you, by Cecelia Ahern.

2. Trust me, I am lying: by Ryan Holiday.

3. It ends with us, by Collen Hoover.
