My company only sells through the channel.

Itโ€™s great to help scale the business, but it does require time and resources to manage.

Itโ€™s the 80/20 rule in IMHO. ย Youโ€™ll get 80% of your channel business from 20% of your partners.ย 

Be prepared to offboard partners who arenโ€™t producing, and invest further in the ones that are.

Make sure the comp plan for your reps doesnโ€™t de-centivize working with channel partners.

Well it seems they didn't properly understand our product therefore the leads/prospects they bought in think we offer things that we don't it was very weird. The experience was in South and East Africa
