Do you send sales decks as e-mail attachments? Or if via links which software do you use?

I send sales decks as a PDF via LinkedIn Smart Links in the body of an email, however we’ve recently implemented Seismic which allows you to create a ‘digital sales room’ where your prospect can see all the different info they’d need following the call (eg: sales deck, pricing, one pagers etc) in a much more presentable manner and track how long they’re spending on each part of the room/ who it’s being shared with. Bit of a headache doing it for the first time but easy to replicate once you get the hang of it

I’m looking this up right now. It seems like a good way to dial in all the crap we send to get to real shit.

Ah, yes, always remove the slides you're allowed to share in a presentation but can't attach. :) Note to self.

I generally show them during the call unless they have asked for it to present it to their stakeholders.

I prefer link that way I can track when the link is clicked. We use Salesloft.

I’ve sent as PDF and as an upload in a shared space. The shared space enables me to track whether or not they’ve engaged with the content, and how often. It can be a good indicator. On the other hand, I’ve done enough RFPs where the customer has their own system, so I’m happy to send by PDF if that’s what they require or request.

I’ve done both, but it depends. If we’ve had multiple conversations, I would just send it as an attachment. If it’s after a first exploration call, it would be a link. I also like to include videos where we possible.

Sales Enablement would always suggest you to get it sent via links. Never listen to them.

Usually as a PDF attached to email. I've used services before, and have found they're almost never worth it. Sure, you get some nifty analytics, but that's about it.

I prefer doing a link because then I can track when it is viewed.
