Does anyone actually like their CRM?

My company recently flipped to SalesForce and I thought I hated my previous Frankenstein of a CRM but I have never had to click dmso many damn things in my life.  Do you like SF?

Do you like your CRM?

SFDC is fine. It's the admins at your company who choose to make it difficult.

Prob. We still don’t have full functionality.

This X 1000. Salesforce doesn't suck (mostly), the implementation of it does.

its fine. there's information overload on the pages with way too many irrelevant fields that need filled out. But it is what it is. I've definitely seen worse deployments

I've used SFDC for more than 20 years. Some versions are set up better than others. And I still am not comfortable in Lightning.

But it's a CRM, it is what it is, and you'll most likely get used to it.

I had someone reach out to me to tell me I clicked a button which changed their report and to go back and unclick it… idk what I clicked in the first place!

I like Salesforce but thats mainly because ive used it for so many years now i know how to get shit done.

I just need a place to track deals. leadership wants all sorts of reports and stuff and im the one that ends up building the dashboards and reports.

I've only liked one CRM that I've ever used and it was a bare bones one page kind of CRM.
Salesforce, Zoho, Netsuite, and Hubspot all have just so many blank/open fields. Gets so messy.

HubSpot is great for our organization. SF would just be overkill

Implementation sucks lol the last crm I loved was Infusionsoft, which I implemented so it was awesome. Now on dynamics and I swear I spend more time teaching my VP about it than logging activity.

We're Pipedrive users & while a lot of people complain about it, I don't mind it at all. It does basically the bare minimum but can be rigged to do more advanced things. But it's good for keeping track of accounts and emails and does the basic things I need it to do

My org uses Copper and it's all pretty straightforward. Great note taking features.
