I don't experience the 2pm crash so long as I get up and go for a walk after lunch. Helps your food digest better if you walk a mile after eating.

Paddy with the facts again.
A little cardio goes a long way to avoid a mid-aft burnout.

Yup. Big fan of salads for lunch, no 2pm food coma. Plus it helps with the quarantine weight lol.

I eat light lunches so I don't have the 2 pm carb crash lol. But days where I do splurge and get a burger and fries I'm definitely useless past 2 pm.

My strategy is to walk away and run errands for an hour.

Yeah man something light or 2-3pm I'm going to be fucking worthless.

I make the 3rd option mistake all the time - sitting there at 10am, all I can think about is a burrito, lunch time rolls around, can't scarf it down fast enough - I am now a slug for the next 3 hours.

Yeah, light lunches for sure. I can't do a burger / burrito / fast food in general for lunch or it makes me feel miserable the rest of the day.
I actually prefer eating small healthy snacks throughout the day instead of a larger lunch.

I have a pretty similar lunch most days, unless there are some leftovers available. Then a bit of caffeine and a walk before getting back on. Seems to help a ton!

YES! Meal prep every Sunday night for lunch for the week. My go to is a rice bowl or big salad. Lots of veggies and protein, all clean foods nothing processed.
