Does anyone have any useful tips for writing a brief 'About DecentGolfer69' for my profile on my company's site?

This is my first time needing to write a small bio for a company site that features our team. I'm having difficulty finding the right wording, topics/content, and what to and what not to semi flex lol.

Who you are professionally (some data points about where you've worked and your experience) - not too broad, just "spent several years at z company where DecentGolfer69 built a sales org that did this great thing" before joining current company;
Other professional items of interest (serve on x board, participate in y society);
And a personal note - do you coach a youth team, compete in marathons, foster rescue daschunds, wrote a crime thriller, etc.?
