Does anyone have peer groups?

in my company there are peer groups that compare peoples number based upon their seniority.

i have been pretty fortunate in being in the top percentile. They go like less than two years, 2-5 years, 5-10 years, 10+.

how are other companies comparing their reps?

You have to add the top sellers new purchase is announced on an all hands call and then their quota gets jacked up and are unemployed by the next all hands call.

Can you share some more details? What does “peer” groups mean? To PBCs point, we had groups at previous gig based on hire dates; this ultimately led to some of our demise when they made cuts.

Its pretty clear cut, just on how long you been at the org.

If you dont sell anything for 6 months and you have been here for 2 years.

You get on a PIP, that can last about 3 months.

I assume its because this world is slow, people have relationships.

Had one guy in office on a PIP and he was promising something big was coming, hard part was we waited like 7 months with zero sales.

Bam, $400k deal. All is saved. PIP over.
