Does sending swag work?

I haven’t been using swag that much in my process both for prospecting and during deal cycles.

How often do you do it? Where in the process? And how is it working for you?

Do you use swag?

Send me anything with minimal branding and I'll use the shit out of it.

Pre-covid sure I'd use branded swag to get past gatekeepers or leave behind as a thank you or as a product sample (Gov and healthcare have rules) and I didn't mind it. I'd rather see my logo out on display in their desk area than my competitors. Now we don't have any branded swag so I'm open to ideas.

yeah, in on this. I lean more into the camp of, it depends on who the receiver is. Gatekeeper or someone helping you get to the DM, it can work.

I don’t know anyone who would want to wear my companies logo for shits and gigs - customers and employees included. I feel like liquor, gift cards etc are the better play

If it tells a story and you do with it then it could work. Sending just to send who cares. I get shit all the time and don't take all the calls

It really does, people like feeling appreciated. Swag just means that you thought about them, I don't think that can ever go wrong.

Yes! I'm a big rapport builder and getting close with my prospects so I'm always able to find the perfect gift for them based on their hobbies and such

Definitely if its done right. I have broken into a few accounts like that. Good customers/prospects appreciate and may give you an opportunity.

I have had a few though that just took the free stuff and asked for more free stuff though it really depends but if you are saying does it work in general then yes.
