Does your boss have issues delegating?

I have a very good relationship with my boss and he frequently tells me we are "business partners". Yet, when he asks me to do something (e.g. connect with someone else) - he will immediately call that person and let them know the reason I'm calling.

OR... he will often take credit for my ideas and collateral that I've written.

Grrr... in thinking through this, I'm now kinda pissed.

I'm curious to know if anyone has similar experiences to share and how they handled it.
